Knowledge transfer with Chronisch Zorgnet
At SoMMedia, we love creative solutions that fit seamlessly with our clients’ needs. Chronic Care Net, which has been using livestreams for knowledge transfer for some time, wanted to pick up their physical events again after the pandemic, but with a hybrid twist. Chronic Care Network wanted to host their physical master classes for BIG registration again, but with the ability to participate online as well.
Our approach
We opted for a hybrid approach, combining physical masterclasses with livestreams. The healthcare providers could answer questions live, allowing us to immediately check if everyone was actively participating and giving the correct answers. Our studio was transformed into a dynamic environment with coffee and tea upon arrival, interactive sessions, and a concluding social gathering.

A successful and interactive event! The attendees had the opportunity to engage personally with the experts, while those who couldn’t attend in person were able to participate online.
