Breakfast sessions with Bosch
At SoMMedia, we’re always excited to help our clients with innovative solutions. Bosch has been a regular in our studio for livestreams, hosting numerous online ‘Breakfast Sessions’. But now it was time for something new: a hybrid event. Bosch wanted not only to broadcast online but also to invite guests for a physical event.
Our approach
A hybrid event offers the best of both worlds: you reach a larger audience online while providing additional experiences for offline guests. For Bosch, we organized an event that featured a reception lunch and breakout sessions delving deeper into the livestream content, creating an interactive experience. Our studio became a dynamic environment with moving cameras, excellent lighting, and seamless integration of online and offline elements, ensuring that all participants felt engaged, whether they were physically present or attending online.
The result
The outcome was a successful hybrid event. In the morning, guests received comprehensive information via the livestream, while after lunch, they had the opportunity to continue discussions and network in breakout rooms with groups of 20. This approach ensured that both physical and online participants were fully engaged and everyone had a valuable and interactive experience
