DLL quarterly meeting
At SoMMedia, we love taking events to the next level, especially when it comes to combining online and offline experiences. When DLL asked us to find a venue for their quarterly meeting that needed to take place both offline and online, we were ready to provide a creative solution.
Our approach
Our studio is perfect for hosting a hybrid event. DLL wanted to offer both their physical and online attendees a great experience, so we created a program that served both audiences. Upon arrival, we welcomed guests with coffee and tea, followed by a delicious lunch at Vascobelo. The day ended with social drinks and, to break the ice (literally), we hosted a fun workshop.

The result
The result was a day-long program that was both informative and fun! The hybrid format got everyone involved, including international colleagues who were able to participate via the livestream. The combination of physical meetings and online interaction ensured that no one missed anything, and the workshop helped keep the atmosphere relaxed and fun.
